As part of the development of the Asda toyou parcel service we wanted an external resource to work closely with us to define client pledges, linking them to our Asda values and behaviours. With a series of highly engaging and interactive workshops we were extremely pleased with the outcomes. Rebecca was instrumental in helping us bring to life the pledges for the team, to set our service standards putting us in a strong position to deliver service that is way ahead of anything else in the market.
Rebecca’s talk at the Business Growth Breakfast was thought-provoking, warm and honest; she has a rare knack of translating potentially complex strategic concepts into workable ideas to take straight back to your business. As directors of a strategic marketing agency, we struggle with the classic ‘cobblers’ children’ syndrome (ie: we spend most of our time working on our clients’ strategies and very little on our own..) and so it was a real treat to take time away from the business and to listen to Rebecca’s story and her insightful ideas for establishing a competitive advantage. I’d highly recommend some time in Rebecca’s company for any business looking to focus on their own competitive advantage and differentiators.
An excellent Strategy introduction for entrepreneurs and business owners with a good balance of popular theory and practical examples that really lifted and added relevance to the subject matter. A particular focus on competitive advantage- how to recognise it and more importantly create it. Really valued the section on Blue Ocean Strategy.
